Procedures of Tibet tour online booking process
Step 1: Send us your Tibet tour inquiry or online booking application

Step 2: When you agree with the offer, please begin the booking process
Till you receive the satisfied Tibet tour proposal, both you and our agency will sign a service contract. After that you can feel relaxed and send us tour deposit for us to process the booking. If your air ticketing or train ticketing is involved, we will begin the necessary ticketing accordingly. Meanwhile, please follow the step 3 below to send us your passport and visa copies by email.
Step 3: Send us Passport photocopies and Chinese Visa photocopies, your Hotel address in China
Once you have confirmed you tours with us, please send us clear Passport photocopies and Chinese Visa photocopies. Then we can prepare to apply your Tibet Travel Permit. Plus, you also need to send us your exact living address in China or hotel address. Next, we will send the Tibet travel documents to your address around 1 week before your arrival.
1) Fly to Tibet from Mainland China, you will need the original permit to board the flights. If you are going to fly into Tibet from any airport in China, you will need the original permit to board the flights. We will send the original permit to you by EMS or Air-Express which takes 1-3 days within China and we need your exact post address such as your hotel or residence address in China (including contact person, contact phone number and the correct name under which the hotel booking is made).
2) Take the train to Lhasa from Chongqing, Xi’an, and Lanzhou. You also need the original permit to get the ticket and we will send it to you by EMS or Air-Express as well. We suggest you take the train ticket in advance to avoid any urgency or unexpected situation.
3) Take the train from any other city’s station to Lhasa. You only need the photocopy of the permit and we will email the electronic copy to you in advance. The police in Golmud station will check the permit so you should keep it safe.
4) Fly to Tibet from Kathmandu. You need to send us the photocopy of your passport and we will send a visa invitation letter to our local travel agency in Kathmandu. Step 4: The balance can be paid upon your arrival in Lhasa.
